10/26/19, 9:45 a.m.: Public Utilities reports there has been a 36 inch water main break at NW Atlanta & 67th Street. Residents in this area, the west high zone, may experience low water pressure as the situation is assessed and repairs are made. There is not yet an estimated time of completion. Only a portion of NW Atlanta, a private road, may be closed as repairs are made.

10/26/19, 11:35 a.m.: Public Utilities intends to close one southbound lane of NW 67th in this area to carry out needed repairs. Please drive with caution in this area and adhere to all signage placed.

10/28/19 11:56 a.m.: Repairs are still underway, there has been no pressure impact to West High Zone. The tank levels have been monitored and manually adjusted to keep the pressure constant.  Repairs are expected to be made by end of today, 10/28/19.

10/29/19 9:30 a.m.: As of 6 p.m. 10/28/19, the 36’ main was repaired and back on line. Water Distribution will backfill today, 10/29/19, and reopen impacted streets/lanes.
