Assistance Programs

The Housing & Community Development Office provides three housing repair assistance programs; Homeowner Rehabilitations, Exterior Housing Improvements, and Emergency Repairs.  We also provide down payment and closing cost assistance through our First-Time Homebuyer Program.  All programs are designed to assist low income households.  The qualifications differ slightly by each program, but we encourage anyone interested to read about each program in more detail.
