McMahon Auditorium Rental Rates & Information Sheet
Thank you for your interest in renting the McMahon Memorial Auditorium. The auditorium has a seating capacity of 1,477. Below you will find the rental rates (additional fees for maintenance, stagehands, ticket printing, security etc. are also covered).
Please let us know if you would like to tentatively schedule an event. A tentatively scheduled event means your name/event has been entered on the date in our scheduling calendar. Should anyone request the same date you will be given the opportunity to confirm your event by signing a contract and submitting the appropriate deposit (100% of the rental rate). If you do not finalize the contract or submit the deposit when requested, the date will be released and offered to the other requesting promoter.
To guarantee a date at this facility you must sign a contract and make the appropriate deposit. Deposits count toward the final invoice at the close of the event. Should you choose to cancel your scheduled event, your deposit will not be returned.
A liability insurance policy showing the City of Lawton and the McMahon Auditorium Authority as co-insured is due at least two weeks prior to your event (see rental information for details).
