Dr. Robert Weger

Dr. Weger currently serves as the pastor of Bible Baptist Lawton at 7501 SW Lee Boulevard, where he’s led worship for the past 26 years. He has a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Baptist University and a Doctorate in Sacred Theology from the Institute of Biblical and International Studies.

Dr. Weger’s term is effective May 9, with a swearing-in ceremony to take place before the regular Lawton City Council meeting at 2 p.m. He will hold the seat until a successor is elected for the unexpired term at the next municipal election on September 12, 2023.
