Jessica Carter

Jessica Carter graduated from Cameron University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Accounting, a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and an Associates in Applied Science in Criminal Justice.

Jessica started her career with the City of Lawton in 2008 in the Communications division as a part-time telecommunicator. In January 2011, Jessica became a full-time telecommunicator and in November of 2011, she advanced to Shift Supervisor. Jessica was promoted in July 2019 as the Emergency Communications Director.

Jessica has obtained multiple certifications to include Emergency Police, Fire, and Medical Dispatching. She is also a Emergency Police Dispatch Q.
