Larry S. Wolcott, P.E., CFMPublic Works Director
Larry S. Wolcott, P.E., CFM serves as the Public Works Director for the City of Lawton. He is originally from Elgin, OK and began work with the City in 1997 after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1996. As Director, he oversees operations of Stormwater & Floodplain Management, Street & Traffic Control, Electronic Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Solid Waste Collection & Disposal, and Drainage Maintenance divisions of the Public Works Department. He also acts in the capacity as the City’s Floodplain Administrator and Traffic Engineer.
He is a licensed professional engineer (P.E.), certified floodplain manager (CFM) and active member of the Oklahoma Floodplain Managers Association, Solid Waste Association of North America and American Public Works Association.
