Stay Active & Independent For Life (SAIL) @ Patterson Center

SAIL is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength , balance & fitness is critical for staying active & reducing the risk of falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, & strengthening exercise, as well as a cool down.
Classes will be held at the Patterson Center: 4 NE Arlington Drive, Lawton, OK.
