Employee Paid Dental Coverage

The City of Lawton's dental coverage is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma. There are three dental plans available that vary in level of coverage and network. Employee’s have the option of selecting a low, middle, or high plan based on their budget and coverage needs. These voluntary plans cover a range of services, depending on the plan selection, such as exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and bridges.

All dental premiums are paid through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis. Premium amounts vary based on plan selection and number of dependents covered.
