Employee Paid Vision Coverage

The City of Lawton's vision coverage is provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield and utilizes the EYEMED network. A vision plan provides regular eye exams to update your prescription and catch eye problems early and helps you pay for glasses or contacts. Vision plans come in different shapes and sizes - varying by copays and coinsurance, and coverages. The City of Lawton has three vision plans to choose from, allowing employees to select the plan that best suits their coverage needs and budget.

All vision premiums are paid through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis. Premium amounts vary based on plan selection and number of dependents covered.
