John Schwenk

Lt. Schwenk began his career with the Lawton Police Department in 1999. While in the Uniform Division, he worked in Traffic and became a nationally certified DRE (Drug Recognition Expert). He was also a department instructor and became a member of the department's Crisis Negotiation Team. In 2010, Lt. Schwenk joined the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) where he investigated crimes from Petit Larceny to Homicide. Lt. Schwenk returned to the Uniform Division in 2014, when he was promoted to Lieutenant.
