File a Collision Police Report
You may print a Motor Vehicle Traffic Collision Report.
Overview
The Lawton Police Department does not investigate motor vehicle collisions that occur on private property. You must exchange information between drivers and submit a report.
You may click on the link below which will take you to a copy of the Traffic Collision Report.
You will need to print the report and complete the information.
Once you have finished, mail the report to Department of Public Safety.
