Broderick Jackson Jr. receives Employee Spotlight Award

During Tuesday’s City Council meeting, Acting City Manager John Ratliff presented Broderick Jackson Jr. the Employee Spotlight Award.
Jackson Jr. is a Facility Supervisor for Building Maintenance at City Hall. He has been working for the City of Lawton for six years, but started this position in April.
“He consistently goes above and beyond his assigned responsibilities, demonstrating exceptional commitment and a strong work ethic.” Ratliff said. “Jackson Jr.’s willingness to step up and help resolve these matters has saved both time and resources, reflecting his commitment to a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents and staff.”
Along with the award comes a day off for Jackson Jr.!
