International Festival

Published September 19, 2022

Preparations for the 43rd Annual International Festival are underway at Elmer Thomas Park.

The festivities will kick off Friday, September 23rd at 5:45 p.m. with the Parade of Nations/Opening Ceremonies.

We have City employees, volunteers, Fort Sill soldiers and a contractor on site setting up for the event that will feature diverse live entertainment, two stages, over 50 vendors, an interactive area and a children’s area.

We would like to thank all of our volunteers and sponsors and are greatly appreciative of our Platinum Sponsors: The Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce, The Lawton Fort Sill Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Gold Sponsor: The McMahon Foundation. This project was supported in part by the Oklahoma Arts Council, which receives support from the State of Oklahoma and the National Endowment for the Arts.

This project is generously funded by Mid-America Arts Alliance, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the state arts agencies of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas.
