Citizen's Police Advisory Committee

In accordance with City Council Policy 11-3, the Lawton Police Department is proud to announce the creation of the Citizens' Police Advisory Committee (CPAC). The mission of the CPAC is to develop and maintain a partnership between the community and the Police Department. This effort aims to reduce crime and enhance the quality of life for all citizens through positive and open communication. The CPAC is being established to facilitate interaction between the Police Department and a diverse and representative committee of citizens derived from various sections of the community. The CPAC will collaborate with the Police Department to establish the highest standards for police accountability and increase public trust and participation in the citizen/public servant relationship.

Citizens who wish to serve on the committee must review and complete the application and submit it via email to Captain Ulysses Henderson at @email. Alternatively, you can drop off the completed application at the front desk of the Lawton Police Department.
