FFY 2020 COL Annual Action Plan Second Amendment

Details

A consolidated plan is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as a condition for receiving funding under certain federal programs.  The goals of the consolidated plan are to provide decent housing; establish and maintain a suitable living environment; and expand economic opportunities, especially for low- and moderate-income persons. 

This amendment is to add the Veterans Resource Center Project. This project will temporarily house homeless veterans until permanent housing can be found and will provide those veterans with resources to keep them from becoming homeless in the future.
