FFY 2021-2025 COL Consolidation Plan

Details

The City of Lawton is a Federal Entitlement Community under the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and therefore receives annual formula Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investments Partnership Program (HOME) grants.  As a condition of the funding, the City of Lawton is required to prepare a Consolidated Plan every five years to HUD.  The purpose of the Consolidated Plan is to update the community-based analysis of current demographics and economic trends and to evaluate the community needs as a whole and the needs of low and moderate income population as related to public services, housing, and economic development opportunities.
