Lawton Mayor Stan Booker issued a proclamation for "Lime Out Lawton" at the November 16 regular Lawton City Council meeting. The proclamation proclaims that the third week in November to be recognized as "Lime Out Lawton," which is in conjunction with recognizing November as National Homeless Youth Awareness Month.
