 $5 donation appreciated but not required.    

Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center (580) 248-5780 - inpatient and outpatient treatment, case management, emergency intervention, screening, assessment, referral, and PACT for severely mentally ill adults, as well as community based services for severely emotionally disturbed children and their families.
