Recreation Center Rental

The H.C. King Center, Patterson Community Center and the Owens Center may be rented for meetings, birthday parties, reunions and more.
Groups not charging an admission fee, receiving donations and/or doing a concession will be charged $20.00 per hour with a two (2) hour minimum.  Fees will be charged for setup and cleanup time.  Groups charging an admission fee, receiving donations and/or doing a concession will be charged $75.00 for the first two (2) hours, then $25.00 for each additional hour.  Fees will be charged for setup and cleanup time. Refundable cleanup deposit must be paid at the time the booking is confirmed.  Cleanup deposit fee will be assessed the same amount as the rental fee and not in access of $150.00.  For availability, contact each center.
